Orders for parts placed by 3:00pm will usually be shipped the same day.
Overnight orders get first priority.
PLEASE INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION WHEN ORDERING:
- Shipping Address
- Billing Address (if different)
- Method of Shipment (Overnight, Second Day, Ground)
- PURCHASE ORDER NUMBER – Mandatory … no parts will be ordered without a P.O number.
- Phone Number
NOTE: All orders must be inspected within 15 days of receipt for damaged or missing parts. Remember, once you sign for the package, it is your responsibility.
- All returns must be accompanied with an RMA # on the outside of the box.
- NO returns will be accepted without an RMA #.
- To obtain an RMA#, call 616.421.2600 ext. 2510 and ask for one of the Technical Support staff – you will need a part description and the reason for return.
- PURCHASE ORDER NUMBER – if this is not warranty work or a return for credit, we MUST have a P.O. number.
