THREE WAYS TO ORDER

CALL-IN ORDERS:

8am to 4pm – Monday – Friday
Orders received after 2pm will be shipped next day.

FAX ORDERS:

PLEASE INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION WHEN ORDERING:

  • Shipping Address
  • Billing Address (if different)
  • Method of Shipment (Overnight, Second Day, Ground)
  • PURCHASE ORDER NUMBER – Mandatory … no parts will be ordered without a P.O number.
  • Phone Number

NOTE: All orders must be inspected within 15 days of receipt for damaged or missing parts. Remember, once you sign for the package, it is your responsibility.

RETURN POLICY

  • All returns must be accompanied with an RMA # on the outside of the box.
  • NO returns will be accepted without an RMA #.
  • To obtain an RMA#, call 616.421.2600 ext. 2510 and ask for one of the Technical Support staff – you will need a part description and the reason for return.
  • PURCHASE ORDER NUMBER – if this is not warranty work or a return for credit, we MUST have a P.O. number.
