Three Ways to Order

Call-in Orders:

  • 8:00am – 5:00pm
  • Orders for parts placed by 3:00pm will usually be shipped the same day.
  • Overnight orders get first priority.
FAX Orders:

E-Mail Orders:
Please include the following information when ordering:
  • Shipping Address
  • Billing Address (if different)
  • Method of Shipment (Overnight, Second Day, Ground)
  • Preferred Courier (UPS, FedX, DHL)
  • PURCHASE ORDER NUMBER - Mandatory ... no parts will be ordered without a P.O number.
  • Phone Number
NOTE:
All orders must be inspected within 15 days of receipt for damaged or missing parts. Remember, once you sign for the package, it is your responsibility.

Return Policy

  • All returns must be accompanied with an RMA # on the outside of the box.
  • NO returns will be accepted without an RMA #.
  • To obtain an RMA#, call (616) 642-9050 and ask for one of the Technical Support staff – you will need a part description and the reason for return.
  • PURCHASE ORDER NUMBER – if this is not warranty work or a return for credit, we MUST have a P.O. number.
