Application
The IR3-810E is an infrared electronic egg sensor which accurately counts eggs without
single filing. Spanning a full 3 inches, the sensor can count side-by-side
eggs on 4” belt. A sealed design allows the sensor to operate in harsh poultry house
conditions, even during wash down. The sensor uses infrared light to detect eggs
without touching them.

Application
The IR4-810E is an infrared electronic egg sensor, which accurately counts eggs in any arrangement
on a rod or belt conveyer. Spanning a full 4 inches, the sensor can count up to 3 eggs in a
row.

Application
The IR8E thru IR48E are infrared egg counters which can be connected to an egg counting
computer or climate computer. Combined with a power supply and a readout function the counters
can also be used as stand alone units.
These counters can be used to count eggs on egg belts from laying nests but can also be used on
collection belts and conveyors. The egg counters are suitable for egg/collection belts of maximum
20, 30, 40, 50 and 60 cm width.
