User Profiles

Know who's doing what on your NOAH system. User Profiles allows you to decide who does what in NOAH - and keep track of what they do. Users log into NOAH with pre-assigned permissions to view and/or edit NOAH screens. Easy to setup and use, User Profiles is the next step in NOAH security and tracking.

• Control access to NOAH features per user or group of users - including Editors, Graphs, and troubleshooting screens.
• Know who is doing what - User Profiles logs all screens viewed and changes made by each user - including the before and after state of values that were edited.
• Move easily between editors - once the user is logged in, no more entering passwords between screens!
• Users can 'jot' down notes about things that need to be done, what was done, etc. all under their user name.
• View other users' notes, such as the Night Watch or weekend maintenance personnel - provided you have permission to do so.
